Our story
The horizon is closer than it feels
We make the escape wearable.
Slightly Offshore started with a quiet realisation: routine has a way of stealing people from the lives they meant to live.
The weeks stack up. The inbox refills overnight. The horizon drifts a little further out of reach, and one ordinary Tuesday you look up to find the year already gone.
We didn't set out to sell you a shirt. We set out to hand you a reminder — that open water is never as far as Monday makes it seem. That you're allowed to untie the lines. That the pull you feel toward the coast is worth listening to.
So we make one thing, properly
Heavyweight, garment-dyed cotton that softens with every wash and every weekend. Small runs, not endless racks. Colours pulled straight from the coast at golden hour - deep water, warm brass light, sun-washed sand.
A weekend uniform for people who'd rather be offshore. Quiet enough to wear anywhere, honest enough to last. The tee is simply proof that the feeling is real.
The weekend uniform. Garment-dyed, made to soften.
Drift beyond routine
The richest thing you own is time.
What we believe
We think rich is a smaller schedule, not a bigger logo. That the best view has no walls. That you can leave the harbour without making a scene about it.
We know the water - but you don't have to. Whether you've spent a lifetime on boats or only ever watched the tide from the shore, there's room for you here. No gatekeeping, no name-dropping. Just an open invitation to breathe out.
The Crew
Wear one of ours and you'll know one of us when you see one. No badge, no bragging - just a quiet nod between people who've decided their time is their own.
Welcome aboard. You're one of us now.
The one who cast off first
Why we started
I left the desk, kept the horizon, and made the thing I wanted to wear on the way out. No fanfare - just a quieter way to carry the feeling with you.
